OBSI to be Single Complaint Body in 2024

There are some interesting and insightful comments here made by OBSI’s Chair Maureen Jensen in her interview with Financial Post’s Larysa Harapyn. Will it deliver better outcomes for complainants who feel financial institutions are not serving them well in Canada? What about members of credit unions across the country who do not fall under the OBSI and are provincially regulated? Do they have a proper ombudsman service to consider member complaints that are not dealt with to their satisfaction without requiring them to take legal action?
